• 2. Framework & Structural Rail Construction

• Cross-Batten Assembly: Horizontal timber rails (top, middle, and bottom) are measured, levelled, and secured across the three upright poles.

• Sub-Frame Alignment: Using spirit levels, the team ensures the cross-rails form a completely flat and level grid, which prevents panel warping and ensures the graphics align cleanly across multiple panels.

• 3. Health, Safety & Equipment Readiness

• PPE Compliance: Technicians wear high-visibility vests (orange/neon yellow), hard hats, and tool belts with necessary hand tools and fasteners.

• Access Equipment: Industrial-grade platform/step ladders (Gorilla ladders) are positioned on even footing, and work zones are demarcated with safety cones near roads and footpaths.

• Multi-Panel Handling: Because large billboards are fabricated in high-grade printed composite sheets, a multi-person lift is used to carefully carry and hoist each panel without scratching the printed faces.
